Mike Brilhart has been working in Baltimore radio since 1981. Born and raised in Charm City, he began his on-air journey as a DJ and radio programmer at the age of 15.

Mike has worked at a variety of radio stations, including 97 Underground, where, in 1982, he spearheaded a station which played classic rock along with newer rock which eventually became a full-time hard rock station in 1987. He has also worked at WWIN, WMUC, 104.3 and spent 23 years as the evening host at 100.7 The Bay. His features; Get TheLed Out and The Vinyl Frontier will remain on Bay Rock along with the popular Acoustic Café. You’ll also recognize Mike’s voice from the “good old days” of Hammerjacks Night Club as a DJ from 1987-1994. If you have attended a live rock music event in the past 40 years, you’ve most likely seen Mike announcing a band onstage. Mikey B. has also worked as a full-time audio engineer since 1990. He records, edits and mixes audio for clients such as Toyota, Dick’s Sporting Goods and the Maryland Lottery.

For more than three decades, Colleen Carew has been living her dream on the radio. Her journey has taken her from stations in Upstate New York to South Florida and Delmarva, but it's in Baltimore where she's made her greatest music memories—spending years behind the mic at legendary stations 98 Rock and 100.7 The Bay.

Over the years, Colleen has done it all. From morning shows to afternoons, nights, and weekends, she's worked every airshift, interviewed countless rock stars and celebrities, hosted major concerts, events, and promotions, and connected with generations of listeners who share her passion for great music. Simply put, music has always been her life.

When she's not on the air, you'll find Colleen reading memoirs, practicing yoga, exploring the trails with her Golden Retrievers, Clover and Banjo, or spending time with her fun-loving family.

Chris Emry’s radio career has taken him from the West Coast to the Caribbean, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore.

He got his start at 830 KRHC at Rio Hondo College in Whittier, California, before landing his first paid radio job at KUTY in Palmdale — a station that also happened to be the first radio home of the legendary Don Imus.

From there, Chris built a career that spans both radio and television, including stops at WESP-FM 101.1 in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and WTJX PBS Television in the Virgin Islands.

His on-air résumé also includes WAYE, DC101, 1260 WWDC, WIYY, WBSB, WHVY, WPOC, WOCT, WQSR, 94.7 WARW in Washington, 104.9 HFS, and multiple tours of duty at WZBA 100.7 The Bay.

Along the way, Chris has worked in just about every kind of radio environment imaginable, but Baltimore became home. His familiar voice, deep knowledge of rock and conversational style have made him a fixture for generations of Maryland rock listeners.

Now Chris brings all of that history, experience and a seriously oversized record collection to Bay Rock

If you have been rockin’ out to basically any radio station in the Baltimore region over the last few decades, then you probably know “DJ” well! Donna Jean graduated Mercy High School and Towson University before starting an impressive radio and record promotions career! Her stops include WCVT, WKTK, WLPL, WPGC, WHFS, B104 WCHH, WCAO, WSMJ, Z104, and WZBA 100.7 The Bay. DJ also spent some time at PolyGram Records, working with artists including Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Kiss, U2, Sheryl Crow, and hundreds more! We could not imagine doing this without her expertise in radio promotions! Expect to see her out and about representing Bay-Rock everywhere in the area!

Donna Jean obviously loves music and has a passion for acting art and animals. She currently has two dogs, Spike and Benji.
