These general contest rules apply to contests and promotions conducted by Bay Rock, unless otherwise stated in specific contest rules.
Contests are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, unless otherwise specified.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family or household members of Bay Rock, Maryland Media One, LLC, Seaboard Networks, contest sponsors, prize providers, advertising agencies, and any other companies associated with the contest are not eligible to participate.
Bay Rock reserves the right to establish additional eligibility requirements for individual contests.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Other methods announced on-air or in promotional materials
Standard message and data rates may apply to text-message entries.
Entries must be received within the contest period announced by Bay Rock. Late, incomplete, illegible, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person per contest is permitted.
Winners may be selected randomly, by designated caller or texter number, through a judged competition, or by another method announced for the specific contest.
All decisions made by Bay Rock regarding winner selection and contest administration are final.
Potential winners may be required to respond within a specified period of time. Failure to respond, verify eligibility, or provide requested information may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless specifically permitted by Bay Rock or the prize provider.
Bay Rock reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, transportation, lodging, parking, meals, gratuities, and other expenses not specifically included in the prize description.
Bay Rock is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, expired, or unused prizes, tickets, gift certificates, or other prize materials after they have been delivered to the winner.
When a prize includes tickets to a concert, sporting event, festival, or other event, Bay Rock is not responsible for event cancellation, postponement, schedule changes, artist or performer changes, venue policies, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Tickets may be subject to additional restrictions imposed by the venue, promoter, ticketing provider, or event organizer.
If an event is canceled or postponed, Bay Rock is under no obligation to provide a substitute prize unless Bay Rock chooses to do so.
Winners may be required to provide valid identification and proof of eligibility before receiving a prize.
For prizes with a value that requires tax reporting under applicable law, winners may be required to complete appropriate tax documentation.
Failure to provide required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Prize pickup or delivery instructions will be provided to winners.
Unless otherwise stated, prizes must be claimed within the time period specified by Bay Rock. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited without replacement.
Bay Rock is not responsible for delays caused by mail, delivery services, third-party prize providers, or inaccurate information supplied by the winner.
Unless otherwise stated, a person may win only one Bay Rock contest prize within a 30-day period.
Individuals who have won a prize valued at $500 or more may be subject to additional restrictions before becoming eligible to win another prize.
Bay Rock reserves the right to modify winner-frequency restrictions for individual contests.
Bay Rock reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
Provides false or misleading information
Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the contest
Uses automated entry methods
Violates these rules
Engages in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
Attempts to obtain an unfair advantage over other entrants
Bay Rock may prohibit an individual from participating in future contests if the individual engages in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive conduct.
Bay Rock is not responsible for:
Lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or failed entries
Internet, telephone, text-message, website, mobile app, or technical failures
Network outages
Equipment or software malfunctions
Incorrect or inaccurate entry information
Unauthorized human intervention
Any other technical problem that may affect participation in a contest
If technical difficulties compromise the integrity of a contest, Bay Rock reserves the right to suspend, modify, cancel, or restart the contest.
By accepting a prize, winners grant Bay Rock permission to use their name, voice, photograph, likeness, hometown, and statements relating to the contest for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bay Rock, Maryland Media One, LLC, Seaboard Networks, sponsors, prize providers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize.
Contests conducted through Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, or other social media platforms are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms unless specifically stated otherwise.
By participating, entrants release the applicable social media platform from any liability associated with the contest.
Information collected from entrants will be used for contest administration and may also be used in accordance with Bay Rock's privacy practices.
Entering a contest does not automatically constitute consent to receive commercial marketing communications unless the entrant separately agrees to receive such communications.
Bay Rock reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, terminate, or extend a contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the contest from being conducted as intended.
Bay Rock also reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
Individual contests may include additional rules, restrictions, eligibility requirements, entry periods, prize details, or winner-selection procedures.
If specific contest rules conflict with these General Contest Rules, the specific contest rules will control.
Contests are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited.
